"FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I brought my beloved Panerai Power Reserve to the Glen Cove London Jewelers for a what I expected to be a lengthy stay "in the shop." Instead, Jeff Grossman came out from behind the counter, at once addressed my concerns and provided immediate assistance. While he took care of the repair, I had the opportunity to browse the immaculate store and visit with the friendly staff. In no time at all, the piece was back on my wrist and with the easy parking, I resumed my day. I recommend this store without reservation and will be back the next time I need a full formal service or when it is time to purchase my next addition to the collection. Thank you Jeff and your team!"
"amazing staff and extremely helpful and friendly. Been a London client for many years and extremely happy with my recent service/purchase"
"This store is a joke. I brought a piece of jewelry in for an estimate to have work done. I was told it would take 5 days. I called on the seventh day & the woman who answered had no clue where my jewelry was. They must have some form of a basic CRM system because they are capable of printing a digital ticket with my contact information & notes about my inquiry, yet what good is a system where your tiny staff of a handful of people have no clue how to use it? Now, anyone who's driven by this store could easily do just that, drive past it, because frankly, it looks like a hole in the wall. The service was absolutely horrible, everyone from their sales team to the single employee/manager working in their service department. They all had such poor attitudes that for a place that sells old fashioned, "grandma" jewelry and most likely doesn't do a lot of business, you'd think that they'd jump for a sales opportunity when someone other than co-workers or their "plain-clothed" security guard walks through their door. In speaking of their security, who's also so obvious, you can tell this is a low-paying side gig which he clearly doesn't take too seriously by his relaxed, barely conscious demeanor forgetting to take his feet off of the counter while he's leaning back in a chair as a potential customer walks in. Why they have a security guard for their hideous collection of outdated, cheap-looking, yellow gold jewelry thay's smack dead-center in the heart of downtown Glen Cove escapes me. Needless to say after calling on the eighth day, I got a hold of their service manager who said I could pickup my jewelry the next day & when I showed up, they still didn't have my jewelry. Then I was informed that I must have confused, "you can come in tomorrow to pick it up, " with, "the following day between 4:30 PM & 5 PM." I'm not quite sure how one could confuse a rather vague time frame with a rather short one. In closing, this place has an extremely low standard of customer satisfaction. If you're like me and your initial sense is to forego this place & look for a more up scale, business oriented establishment, trust your gut, & keep it moving."
"They have lost my business to a competitor. A competitor who has better looking jewelry, better quality, better pricing, and most importantly better attitudes. There's something about this location where they think their above everyone else. If you want to be treated like a human being and to have a fun experience buying jewelry, avoid this place at all costs. You can keep your measley 12% discount, they clearly need it more than I do."
"We bought our promise rings then our engagement ring here, with the help of Karen. She was a dream to work with. We highly recommend this store."
