"I was there many times. This Asian girl I think Emily was her name helped get all 4 of my kids and I equipment. I haven’t gotten back on ice if she hadn’t convinced me to get back out there with my kids. I’ve been there at least every week for the program at the rink and gotten my skates sharpened by her. Phenomenal sharpening and knows what she’s doing. Recently the other teenage girl and boy that are there are absolutely clueless. They absolutely messed up my kids skates and my skates which are horrible. It’s like our skates went through the cement each time we got them sharpened by those teenage kids. Whatever happened to the Asian girl she needs to come back. She’s got potential, very caring, and magic hands when it comes to sharpening!"
"I bought a pair of hockey skates at one of the big name hockey stores, but when I noticed the boots were cracked after a year they just shrugged, so I took them to Andy Cozzi to see if he could at least fix a torn eyelet. He could have sold me a new pair of pricey skates on the spot, but instead he repaired the eyelet for free and haggled with the manufacturer for months to get the skates not only replaced but upgraded. That personal touch and extra effort is the difference between a small craftsman and a big faceless corporation. Instead of making a quick buck Andy got a customer for life... even sharpened the new runners and refused to charge me. Great experience!"
"Owners go out of their way to help you get what you want but understand what you need. Highly recommend"
"Terrible hockey pro shop do not go this store. EVER. I got my skates sharpened there before my hockey game and as soon as i stepped on the ice i could tell the guy ruined my skates. My skates were simply destroyed thanks to this store. If i could give no stars i would trust me. Terrible service, Unprofessional poor skills, and simply a terrible place to go to. I hope this place goes out of business."
"Quality Service and Hockey Equipment at a reasonable price."
