"My partner got me the cutest dandelion necklace at Desert Rose, a few months later I broke the chain. We went back in to purchase a replacement chain but realized after getting home the charm wouldn’t fit over the end the chain. A few days later I went back in to see if there was anyway to get a different chain. Eden was quick to say yes and swap out the chain for me, which required “jewelry surgery”. It was so stress free and a lovely, personable interaction. I highly recommend this store!"
