Reviews of Gineva Murano Glass Jewelry
"Found a nice cross pendant for a great price. I do think the chains are kind of small and tough to clip in. Eileen was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect piece. I think anyone could find a nice charm or jewel to wear here."
"The jewelry is beautiful, but expensive. The quality is questionable and the customer service is terrible. I bought my wife a necklace last year. It recently broke. She returned it for repair. They still charged $20 for the simple repair despite the fact that I had paid a decent amount for the necklace less than a year before. It took a while before she heard back about the necklace being ready. She finally spoke to someone at the store last Saturday, saying it was ready and she could pick it up anytime. It is more than a 30 mile drive for us, so we called the store beforehand. No one answered. We checked the store's page on the Village website and it said they were open till 8pm. The Google listing said they were open until 6pm. We got there at 5:45pm and the store was closed. You can't actually call the store directly. Instead it goes to someone's phone and usually you have to leave a message and he hopefully calls you back. My wife contacted them about not being able to get it. He apologized but she was unable to get them to be willing to mail it. We had to make a second trip back there today and made it while the store was open. They closed at 5pm today. Nowhere online does it list accurate hours, nor does it mention anything about it on the voicemail system. I drove over 60 miles last Saturday for nothing. Their products aren't cheap and neither is fuel. It is unacceptable that we had to make two trips out there and it could not be mailed- especially given the fact that my wife paid $20 for the repair. The management is terrible. While my wife loved the necklace and would enjoy more of their jewelry, I refuse to shop there again. It is not worth the aggravation."
"My beautiful, but rather expensive necklace from here broke after owning it less than a year. I thought they would fix it for free, but charged me $20 because it was more than their 30 day policy. They called to let me know it was ready and said come pick it up at any time. He didn't mention they would be closing early. I drove a half hour to get there before 6 and they were already closed, even though it said online, according to the Mystic Village site, their store specifically that the supposed to be open until 8. Very annoyed!"
"This ring jingles but not too loud!! I love it so much! I was looking for a fidget type ring that wouldn’t fall apart on me too quickly and looked colorful and I found this beautiful charm ring! It’s customizable so you can pick anything from a flip flop to an anchor to a dolphin (all very ocean vibey!) And you can pick a colored glass bead to go with it. Or, you can pick 2 colored glass beads instead. It’s also stretchable so you can wear it on any finger! Going to get a present for my aunt for her birthday from here tomorrow, they have beautiful earring and necklace sets, and gift cards!"
"Had a great and fun experience, first time shopping here. Dawn was really great to work with. She was very patient, describing the process of how the jewelry is made along with the history. She answered all our questions and gave her artistic opinion on how jewelry looked and fit. Thank you Dawn!"
