"Probably won't be coming back here. Went in looking for 700c tires. Asked a question about 650b tires, got a lecture inaccurately saying they're the same size, they're not. Then the conversation turned into a bit of a rant about how 'modern mountain bikes are so unnecessary' and 'wide handlebars and 1x12 drivetrains are overkill' (I didn't ask). This place has the classic LBS 'I know more than you' energy."
"I had a flat tire during a long bike route and i was stuck walking since I wasn't carrying my tools. Luckily, I was a few miles from this store so I walked over. They helped me out instantly. They replaced my rear wheel tube and I was back on my way in no time! Thanks again for your help!"

"Exceptional, Professional, Honest and Real. This shop knows bikes. These days it's rare to find a store with this kind of service. No corporate retail BS here. Through the years they have helped me in so many ways. From guiding me through the purchase use of my children's bikes, simple tune ups, walking me through DIY repairs, all the way to the recent purchase of a serious mountain bike, the smart cycles team has been amazing.
