"Overall decent location - things are in stock, there's a nice variety of products, the parking lot is large, and it's in a decent location. The main complaint is that things are a little disorganized and the floors are dirty. Other than that, it's a solid location."

"The Big Lots in East Haven is decent enough to get what I need and they have some really good deals. As far as staff on the floor I took a star away, because when I needed help to make a big purchase I couldn’t find anyone in the area. So I walked around and found a employee and then they had to call another employee to that department. When that employee got to the department they said I usually don’t work over here. When I asked about picking up my order she told another employee to go get it. That employee took her time and kept untangling hangers while me and my son waited. Nice store but you guys really need good management so the customers feel like their not bothering your employees. Without customers they would have no job. Maybe you should also pay a desired salary which make employees life a little easier and a little happier."

"This big lots is a very big location and has a big selection but it does not have any greeting cards at all and so they didn't have what I was looking for unfortunately. With that all said the staff was very friendly and helpful for anything else that I may have needed."
