"If I could give it less stars, I would. It's too small and they have way way way too much crammed into that tiny space. It's WAY too expensive and I got pretty pissed off when I spent $60 on a wrist band and when I wanted to take my son to the pizza place directly next door, the kid behind the counter said "we don't really like when people do that". There are a million signs all over that place; you'd think they'd warn you that you can't leave for 6 minutes and come back! The food they have is overpriced garbage! $2.25 for a tiny bag of chips!!?? No wonder you didn't want us leaving and coming back! If you go, eat first! Or just find something better to do. Urban Air Dix Hills, do better!"

"Best place to spend rainy afternoon with kids. Kids love it and they were exhausted going home. So many iptins to play."

"Was told this place has been open for 9mths now. Plenty of kids enjoying the place. Looked like at least 6 birthday parties at the same time. The kids loved the VR, Laser tag, zip line, and other games. Looks like arcade games cost extra requiring swiping of game cards. The kids seem to love this place. But food costs are really expensive. Also be aware that the parking lot will get crowded."

"A few months have past and now this place is not like before… wayyyy too many people and did not feel clean… imagine all these pictures with shoulder to shoulder standing room. Every time kids would line up for laser tag… they wait and then the birthday party jumps in front and now your kid is waiting again. They put the parties priority over a regular paying customer… The process of that is truly unacceptable."

"Definitely worth it. My 9 year old son, 10 year old nephew and 11 year old nephew had a BLAST!!! The place is clean and the neon lights give the place a great look. It's a decent size place and the food portions are huge!"
