"They are understaffed, DO NOT have a party here on a Sunday afternoon, it was uncomfortably crowded. The staff was lost half the time our hostess was at the front door since they didnt have the coverage, the hostess put in my parties order then forgot to bring half of it, I went to the kitchen window and the little rude girl is telling me they announced a pizza was ready for me, meanwhile they're supposed to serve my party not have me pickup from the window. Regardless anyone can just grab food from the window as they don't check for anything. I spent $400 and expected better, it was great last year not sure what's happening at this place"

"It was very fun! The food was amazing and the animatronics where probably the best part! Please don't remove the animatronics though just they did in Northbridge it would make me very happy and no one loves the 2.0 remodel. I would give it 5 starts but the employees where not the best. One of the employees/manager yelled at us a bit. Was a very good visit but service sucked."

"It's an ok place with limited fun activity. Most options of equipment provide same type of fun. Some machines are not working but they charge you points. Food is really expensive with little quantity"

"Great stage condition. CEC istg don’t remove the stage. Save the stage. Save the stage. Do whatever you did at Northridge and do it here. Your 2.0 remodels suck and no one likes it and it doesn’t benefit anyone. Save your gosh darn animatronics. The ones here a freaking great. So don’t trash them."
