"I never make reviews unless my experience was really good or really bad. In this case, it was terrible. I came in to get my chain fixed, when I came to pick it up, my chain was much longer from when I brought it in. I came back to let them know it was longer and if they were able to put it the length it was. They both just laughed in my face and were very disrespectful. Aside from that, they’re also way over priced. Save your time and go anywhere else but here."

"I called ahead to find out if they had the battery to replace the old one for a rather obscure clock. They did have a replacement. I was there for less than 10 minutes and the job was done. The cost was very reasonable. I'll be back there next time I have a watch or clock needing repair. Great job."

"Been going to Block Jewelers for about 7-9 years. With all kinds of jewelry & watch repairs. I’ve always been treated with respect and experienced good quality workmanship. Recently I brought three rings in. One of which needed to be sized down 1/2 a size and all three requiring rhodium plating. Once I picked up my rings I noticed that they don’t fit quite right and they were very tight when prior to this they fit perfectly. I brought them back and was told they all THREE were 1/2 a size smaller which was not the order I discussed with the owner Gary. After checking their own paperwork the owner came out to talk to me. I understand we’re all human and mistakes happen but he went on to deny that he accidentally sized all three rings down and proceeded to blame me. He kept cutting me off when I tried to talk and tell him what we had discussed when I dropped the rings off. Kept raising his voice and finally after not allowing me to get in a word slammed my rings down on the front desk counter and told me to come back when I want them re-sized. (That’s why I was there buddy). I told him that they must have cameras and to check the footage of the day I dropped them off since he won’t let me speak. He told me that wouldn’t matter since the cameras won’t show anything. Whaaaat?! This guy is a bonafide jackass. Instead of owning up to his mistake he belittles and blames a long standing customer. What a gem of a guy! Take your jewelry elsewhere! They don’t deserve your time and your money. I assume if I was a man I would’ve been treated differently. I sincerely hope he doesn’t speak to his wife (if he has one) the way he spoke to me. If I could give his business a negative star rating I absolutely would. The ONLY one who was kind and treated me with dignity and respect during the rudest interaction I’ve ever had was Ray the gentleman that sits at the front desk. Thank you sir."
