Fabulous Jewelry

"This store sells FAKE GOLD!!! Beware in purchasing from here. I purchased a 10k gold rosary and was guaranteed it will not tarnish. I spent around 1k on the item it was not cheap! About a month in, I noticed some of the gold beads were turning dark brown. I went in and they told me it could be the perfumes or lotion. (Real 10k Gold should not tarnish anyway since its the most resistant..). They cleaned it and dipped it in gold again which I didn't know why but I brushed it off. Two months later the beads were turning black again. I went to the store a second time frustrated, and again they just cleaned it and polished it and brushed it off as something that happens to gold over time. As someone who wears gold on a daily basis, I have never seen this happen to any of my other jewelry. They did not want to exchange the item either! Poor customer service. DO NOT BUY YOUR GOLD FROM HERE! You have been warned!!!"

"I had a broken sterling silver necklace that i needed fixing. I asked them to fix it by connecting the chain to two heart shaped pieces intertwined.. they told me that would cost me 30ty dollars.. even though the necklace itself didn't cost me much more than that, i said fine. When i got the necklace back, it was a mess.. they put this thin piece of silver (at least i hope its silver), connecting the necklace and it doesn't even look like one heart. I don't know what kind of shape it is.. its just a mess. I really shouldn't of paid them but i wanted my necklace. I will never ever go to this place again!!"

"Very unreliable. I left my ring to be repaired from last Wednesday and was told it would be ready the following weekend. I called yesterday and they still do not have it ready told me to give them until next weekend. That’s over two weeks. This is ridiculous and to think they already collected for the service. Do not use them"

"These people are lying twin brothers. Do not go to this Jewlery store they damage your property then say "we will see what we can do". Do not trust them, they are bad buisness if there was a way to give them no star rating I would. They give one price then charge you somthing else. They should expect a court summons."
