"I recently bought a tennis bracelet for my wife that needed resizing. I took it to Glastonbury Jewelers to be resized and was told they can make the adjustment for me. Provided me with an invoice for a total cost of $75 for size change (which entailed taking off a few links). Later to find that once my wife picked it up, they charged me for $159.52. No rush order was requested. The fact that they quoted me, didn't provide and updated invoice before making any size changes, and then charge me double is what I have a problem with. If they had told me it was going to cost $159.52 from the start I wouldn't of had an issue. I would never buy a single thing from this place, let alone allow them to make any sizing adjustments. Incredibly unprofessional. Don't waste your time going to this place. Jewelry is expensive as is, go somewhere where you can trust a documented invoice on a product. There are quite a few other jewelry stores in Glastonbury I would recommend over this place. Head over to Baribault Jewelers, they have great customer care and stick to the price tags."
