"I flew up all the way from The Virgin Islands to support my friend with her Estate sale in New York. Thank God that I came because the people running the sale where absolutely HORRIBLE and not prepared at all!!! We worked through out the night moving items and preparing the shelves. Something they should have done. They did nothing to help at all and they showed up late everyday. Not one day did they stay to help clean up or organize for the next day. One of them sat in a chair just reading books from the sale the entire day and he never even acknowledged the customers. Many expensive items where stolen never to be recovered. On the last day they decided not to show up without calling my friend. They took her money for advertising and in fact didn't even advertise where asked to. I found possessions from the house that they where taking without asking and to top it off they put an announcement that the sale was over only to be spiteful. They said that all of the items where sold! They where not but we still had the sale and did VERY well that day without them. They dressed poorly and on many occasions where asked to pull their pants up so we didn't have to see the Plummer's.... I would never recommend this fake company. Please be careful."

"This company is a total joke! Don’t hire them for any sale unless you want to get ripped off. Very unprofessional and disorganized. The people that actually showed up was a small fraction of what they promised would show up. Totally took advantage of honest people and did nothing to help! Didn’t even show up the last day an had the nerve to advertise that everything was sold and sale was over."
