"My girlfriend went a first time to get some information and it went well but I decided to go and met one of the employee (medium size and big), I had a terrible welcome and because the employee didn't care and didn't give the correct message to the owner, they decided to finally don't appraised my Rolex. "I have purchased here, which was an OK experience. I took some pieces in to sell, and it was an unbelievably icky experience. I cannot imagine ever stepping foot in that store again. Peter buys by the “lot” and what that seems to mean is he prices the expensive pieces and then just takes the rest for free. It is one price for the entire lot. It was not a fair offer. If you want to sell your jewelry, I would suggest going to Greenwich, New Canaan or Westport, instead. So, I would not suggest ever selling to Peter Suchy. You do not feel like you are dealing with an honorable institution. Peter, I would suggest that you give people individual prices and not sell by the lot, so they can see what you are actually paying for each item. This way, people would not feel taken advantage of, and they can pick and choose what they want to sell to you. Seller beware!"
