"Made the switch from Milford store and don’t regret it! I have been a customer of Zales for many years. For 10 years I have received the most beautiful experiences at the Milford Store. I have grown to know the staff, they know my children and family now. It’s been a very welcoming experience. An I remain ever so grateful to them for years of love and support shown. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since Covid there have been a lot of changes in the Milford Store and most of the staff have left. The experience there hasn’t been the same. My most recent experience was with Aimee and Zulma at the Trumbull store and they solidified my place with this company. No one can tell me otherwise. They will always be my number one place to go!
