"I brought my watch for repair. It came back looking brand new and I was very pleased with the results. I just brought a second watch for repair and can’t wait until it arrives. Understand that wait times can be lengthy. Especially when they have to ship the item out for repair. I don’t have a time constraint, so for me it’s not a point of conflict. Depending on what you want done, it can be a bit pricey but you can be sure the work is going to be professionally done and taken care of and the transparency is great. They’ll let you know all the details to make sure you want to move forward. They have a great team there that’ll help you throughout the process. David, Maria, and Katherine are great.
