"My family and I stopped by this park on July 4, 2023 in hopes it was a forgiving spot to view the New Britain 4th of July fireworks show. The fireworks were launched from Willow Brook Park and there was no good vantage point at all here. Random illegal fireworks were going off all over the place but once 9:15 / 9:25PM hit, there was no way to really see the show. We left and parked behind the Hospital on Camp St. That worked ok."
