Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"Great trampoline park with lots of activities and a friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I had to give it a three stars because on the surface it looks fairly clean, but when you look a little closer, not so great. There was absolutely filth underneath the slide. jungle gym area, where small children typically play. To me this is the number one complain about most trampoline parks: they’re filthy. Would love to see urban air clean this up."

"Update:12/23...im really dispointed in how bad this place has gotten, its really dirty[playscape looks like its never been cleaned; whole hand fulls of hair and dirt] they never have enough staff to keep all the attractions opem so u habe to go looking for someone to help you, and just not alot of supervison in gereral. i really loved this place bit im thinking might be time to cancel the membership, def worth it when the place runs right. ( really cool place tons for kids to do. have monthy membership so pays itsled in one visit, totaly worth it.- this was 8m ago)"

"Great venue and lots to do. Kids loved it. In the premium package kids can be there all day, but it’s very overcrowded and the younger grandson was bullied by some other kids that wouldn’t let him by. Should have someone monitoring each area -as parents cannot hold other people’s kids accountable to “keep it moving” It is more expensive than any other I’ve rented. Pizza was delivered late and the food was mostly over-cooked."

"I come here once a week with my kids, they have a membership, Everytime we visit some of the attractions are always closed, I’ve never seen them open not once, my membership comes with perks but Everytime I go get my kids snacks they never have nothing in stock, instead of making fresh popcorn or stocking up on chips , they cnt even replace my kids snacks with other things, like what am I paying for??? All the teenagers employees are always walking around talking never doing their jobs, can never supervise attractions , my kids like it here but EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS CLOSED!,I need a discount/ refund SOMETHING THIS PLACE SUCKS, waist of money!"
