Brompton USA (the corporate entity) is actually a little janky and not the best run organization, so having a really good helpful dealer locally makes all the difference when ironing out the glitches with them. The actual Brompton product is incredible. My T-Line is easily my favorite bike I've ever owned, and my wife is looking forward to getting her C-Line soon!"
