"Stay away from this company, I needed to return an item that cost $33.50. I was refunded a total of $12.47. When I called for refund authorization I was not told about fees this high. They kept $21.03 of my purchase price, are you kidding me? I should have kept the item and thrown it in the trash, it would have been less insulting."

"I purchased a silicon breast enhancer, I thought they were breast enhancers by looking at their online picture, but actually it was a very small prosthesis silicon breast. And it was only one piece. The online picture showed two pieces but the picture was actually showing the inside and outside of a single prothesis silicon breast! I couldn't use just one breast so I contacted the company and requested a refund. I shipped it back to their manufacture as the Damozelle rep requested. I paid $64.99 and my refund was $43.54! I contacted Quaisar Enterprises, Llc where the refund came from. A lady from the Quaisar Enterprises told me that I should alway read the Refund policy before purchase. They have deduced 20% of restocking free (resalable condition), plus shipping free. So, I paid $21.39 for ordering a wrong item!"

"I placed an order with you earlier this year that I never received I ytrid talking to your support people and all O got was that I would hear back from them after they finished their investigation but I never did. I feel that my order should at least have been given the attention it deserves to find out what really happened to the compression socks I ordered.
