"I’d give it a negative star if possible. It’s my daughters 6th birthday and I took her here for her first time to have fun. We walked in, paid,and found our way to the amusements. 15 minutes later, an employee approached me and told me we weren’t permitted to be there because of a reservation…after she took my money! She claimed she informed me prior to paying. She did not. I left with my daughter in tears and the employee saying and doing nothing. Go here if you like to gamble with your child’s happiness. Never again!"

"It's a place where kids have a great time and some parents too. Missing music, they also need more staff to look after the kids. Overall it's a 4 star place and if I'd be living near by then if take the kids here too for a birthday party. See the pictures and have fun!"

"I attended a birthday party here. The attention to detail from the staff was spot on. There are many areas to play in; we really loved the foam block pit and the super slides. The staff was friendly and kept things moving along throughout the play area. The space is new and very clean. I would recommend throwing a birthday party at Jump on in!"
