Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"I had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up so I called Roto Rooter. Chad came out to inspect and told me the job might be hard to fix. I also asked about my main drain line as a preventative maintenance and after several back and forth, he was able to get an approval from his boss to do both jobs at a discounted rate. I helped protect and moved things out of his way so Chad has the space that he needs. Fast forward 30 minutes later, he was able to clear the sink line. So after $1000 out of my pocket, both my sink and main drain lines are cleaned. Manny did a video inspection and told me I have a kink in my line outside my house. That job was quoted to be over $10000, which I don't have the stomach for at the moment. Overall both Chad and Manny are very personable and professional so if I was ever going back to Roto Rooter, I would definitely ask for them. But to be honest, if I known upfront how much it would cost me, most likely I would have called someone else."
