"WORST REPAIR WORK EVER. I brought my car in to get body work done and it came out worse than it went in. Paint does not match, body lines are worse than originally and the hood still does not close. On top of this they dropped a OEM hood on to my windshield and broke both and proceeded to replace my windshield with a aftermarket one. I am in the auto industry and this place should have paid me for their work... DO NOT TRUST"

"Originally I had given these guys a great review as I always went to them for their speedy jobs and fair prices, however, I had a terrible experience yesterday that left me feeling awful. The owner/manager(?) who helped me seems like a nice person, no problem with him, he was understanding and kind. He even offered to credit my inspection towards my tires which I appreciated. My problem lies with the crew who I could hear mocking me in the back because I couldn’t afford to fix my tires that same day and my brakes were worn in the back. I asked if I could do it in two days when I could afford it. Then, I heard them laughing and making fun of me. They claimed my car wouldn’t last a day on the road and that I was going to kill someone when I drive away. I went home and fixed my own brakes by myself, which work great now. I am getting my tires replaced elsewhere as I refuse to pay someone who lacks empathy and laughs at their clients. It’s sad because I truly liked this place and would have come back under different circumstances. Maybe I am biased, as I work somewhere that requires me to have empathy for the clients I work with. It is YOUR specialty that you know a lot about, it might seem common sense to you but that doesn’t mean everyone knows the things you know. The crew needs to do better and educate instead of mocking people. Had someone come to me and suggested “you should refrain from driving until you can fix these issues” I would’ve had no problem. Won’t be coming back now. If you’re going through hard times like most people are nowadays, run for the hills and choose someone who won’t laugh at you."
