"I am sorry but I must update my prior 5-star review to two stars (for efficiency and politeness.) After I was told they physically checked and replaced the charge port and battery, my phone still didn't work and was unrepairable. I took the same phone to another repair shop and they fixed it in one hour (new charge port, battery and cleaning.) The funny thing is that the store that fixed my phone immediately recognized the problem. The conclusion is obvious."
