"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL…..! I WONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL … IF I CAN RATE THIS PLACE FROM 0 TO 10 ILL GIVE THEM -1 I had the worst experience in this place, first, it took 3 moths for my car to get fixed. I had problems with my rental coverage because I exceeded the time. Second, when finally I got my car, few days later something about the signal lights starting to give me problems, so I took the car back to the shop, they couldn’t fix it and I had to take it like that again, later I took it back for the same problem, now I left it for a whole day, they fixed the problem, I was satisfy. Few months later something else related to the fix that they did started to give me problems, so I took it back to the shop, I left it for a whole day again, the next day they called me to go to the shop because they have to show me something, when I got there they toll me that someone touched the car, “meaning someone else try to fix the car after before I took it there” I explained to them that the only shop that my car was touched and fixed after the accident was there, one of the mechanic got really nasty with me, disrespecting me, being very unprofessional with me, saying that what you want is a new car or what!!! Saying that I’m trying to take advantage of them. Right in front of the manager or the person in charge. Him being a latino said you all Hispanic are like this, trying to take advantage and now trying to get everything's fix in the car. I wasn’t trying to take advantage, but If something related to the accident and something related to what they fixed is giving me problems, the job or the responsibility of the shop is to fixed because they got paid 14k from the insurance to do it right. They just told me this parts we didn’t touch, someone else fixed. And you try to take advantage of us. Over all since the beginning to the end I had a bad experience, plus asking me to give them the money in cash and not by check or debit card was something sneaky too. Now I called the insurance and I took my car to another shop that works directly with the insurance. I’m not a person that writes or gives reviews, but I work in costumer service and you never treat a client like that, that’s why I felt that something like this I can’t let it pass."

"Jay F at Magg's Auto Body was fantastic! My little story is that my family and friends had 2 cars driving on Route 95 North heading up to Vermont for a ski weekend. One of our cars got into an accident in the Norwalk CT area and we had to have it towed. We ended up at Magg's Auto Body feeling a lot of stress and uncertainty because we were away from home (Long Island) and very desperate. Jay took care of everything and made me feel confident.
