"Excellent service, clean and comfortable waiting area. I brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and "look over" before she headed back to school. Mechanic showed me the filters and asked if I would like to change them. He said they were not that dirty and could last until the next service. Told me tires and brakes were in great condition. I felt like they were very honest and had good communication. I will be back for my next service!"

"I was stranded with a dead battery at the end of a work day. No one had jumper cables and no one was available to help. After calling multiple place and hearing they are about to close, don’t have the staff to help, waiting on hold, I called Meineke. They too were closing but the owner was willing to come and jump the truck, keep staff late and help. They pre ordered a battery and it arrived as I pulled in. I can’t be more grateful for their willingness to help on a dark cold evening. I’ve found my new auto repair go to! Thank you!!!!"

"Dave and his technicians at Meineke were great at diagnosing and replacing a missing bracket on the resonator in my exhaust system, a repair that required welding. They charged a fee to diagnose the problem but that money was deducted from my bill when I brought it back to have the work done. After he was finished, the technician who did the work brought me in to see what it looked like beneath the car. I could tell he took pride in his work. It's nice driving around now without hearing the exhaust pipe bang against the metal rod between the back wheels. Everyone was courteous and the work was done quickly, which was good because I had to wait for the car. I highly recommend them!"

"It was a very urgent situation with warning lights on. All other repair shops said it was impossible (or that I could make a reservation a month later), but this place was very kind and took care of it quickly. Although it was a phone inquiry, they were very professional and gave detailed instructions (including pricing information), so I was able to receive service the same day and use the vehicle the next day. I would like to recommend this place to others."

"The Meineke in Mount Kisco, New York offers very personalized service. The owner is attentive to your needs, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is very thorough. It Is much more pleasurable to get your car repaired here compared to the very large impersonal places just about everywhere else. The only thing might be that it is a bit pricey, but I may not be up on the latest prices for oil changes these days, Especially the recommended synthetic oil."
