"We arrived promptly at 11am only to be told the whole place was reserved for a birthday party and we couldn't go in till 12p. Ok, I found other things to do with my 3yro. Once in my daughter tried a few of the areas they had. One of the employees kept playing basketball right in the middle of the craft area. With the ball going everywhere. He even hit a mom once. Most employees had zero interest in being there, including NBA fella. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. And most things are showing wear and tear. I wouldn't go here again unless I'm in the area for stepping stones."
"So unhappy!! Not only were we ignored for a long time by the employees while they were on phones, but then employee Brianna was so rude to my daughter who is very quiet and sensitive! I understand employees having a bad day but cannot take it out on a child. Please instruct employees how to treat and talk to children. My daughter was very upset on the ride home."
"The women at the store yelled at my husband and my son bc he went into the secret bookshelf. She says now, unlike when we came before, you ,"must pay". She was rude. She yelled "STOP" She didn't explain anything about it or when things changed and frankly I'm not into people yelling at my kid. Bye! Forever."
"Where do I begin?! The entire experience starts off by pushing a toy shelf to enter a ‘secret passageway!’ Then you walk through a walkway of colorful leaves, a 3rd floor view of the 1-95 highway and into a light mist of water. When you walk into the hidden part of the store, there are so many different options of activities presented to you. We chose to paint a dinosaur piggy bank! There are a ton of toys and random games/ kid-friendly tools for kids to play with! I will be back soon! FYI- it’s better to plan and schedule your activity and time, because they’ll give you a discounted rate."
"This store is awesome! The front looks like a regular store then you go through a secret door that leads to an awesome kids area! You pay $10 per person to reserve but that is given to you in a card that you can use inside. They also sell ice cream that is super delicious!"
