"Well I Tried All Appliance in Northport.. Not the greatest experience. At first, very nice on phone. The gentleman named Tom came, said it was the burner, said he order it and it went downhill from.. Tom, nice man but not reliable. Kept cancelling appointments, then came and had to come back with another guy because he couldn’t figure it out. That took another week to coordinate for the two of them to come… and this is what I’m left with. when I put switch on small ring only the outer ring goes on when I have the double ring switch then both go on. You would think they would check it to see if the rings were working correctly. Call them and said I think the wires are reversed.. they said they would come and then cancel… want to reschedule and then cancel saying it’s hard to coordinate two repairmen coming at same time. Why I need two, not sure. I have been patient and flexible. They said they will come next week. I gave up. Told them not to come. Never experienced this in my life. This is not a way to treat customers nor is it professional. I guess I should just be grateful the burner at least goes on.. that’s why they received 2 stars instead on 1."

"Can't say enough about Laura and Tommy. Called right before they closed at around 7pm with a flooded kitchen due to a leak in our fridge. Laura took me through diagnosis steps over the phone but to no avail. She told me Tommy will call me in five minutes. He called, took me through some steps and after about ten minutes, told me to text him our address and he'd be there in 20 minutes. Tommy shows up, definitely coming from home, around 7:30. Checks everything that could leak and diagnosis bad O rings on a very old water filter. He removed the filter, dried and cleaned everything up and told me he'd be back today to install a shutoff valve behind the fridge since the original is in the basement and got sheet rocked over, and install a new water filter. He said between 4 and 5 this afternoon and would call first. Called around 4:15 and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. Shows up, installs the shutoff and new filter. Good to go! And super reasonable considering the emergency call after hours the prior day! They are super knowledgeable, honest, fair, extremely helpful, and just great people to work with !! Thank you Laura and Tommy! You have a customer for life with us!"

"What can I say?! I have used AA many times over the years and they have been professional and knowledgeable on their craft. On one particular request, and even after determining that AA may not be able to assist with our product, Laura went above and beyond to find out information on Our DW. She made several personal calls and got back to me immediately. There is more that I could say, but you get the point. Don't hesitate to use AA."
