"If your phone is broken and you need it fixed, go see these guys immediately. I took my phone to another place on Westport Avenue, first. Big mistake. They claimed that they took my phone apart and cleaned it for $150 and since that didn't fix it, it needed another $150 repair with a part that wouldn't come in for 5 days. In search of a second opinion, I took it here to have Adam look at it. He spent about 45 seconds pulling some lint out of the charging port (from a phone which had supposedly been disassembled and cleaned, completely the day before) and handed it back to me and told me, "It's probably fixed, no charge. If not, bring it back and I'll replace the charging port." I asked him how much that would cost. He told me "$60. But it's probably fixed." I tipped him the crispest $20 I had. This guy is The Champion!"

"The manager or owner here customer service is horrible . I fixed my phone for 265$ just two weeks later the phone screen broke again . I dropped it from my hands to a carpet floor. I went back explained this to the manager and he told me I would have to pay 250$ all over again . It’s just poor quality."
