"Technician was nice and pleasant. He assessed three refrigerators. He said the compressor of the first was shot, that the gasket surrounding the door of the second needed to be replaced (and could probably only be replaced with the entire door) and that a fan switch of the third needed to be replaced. I paid him $190+ just for those diagnostics, but he needed to order parts to fix the three refrigerators. We were somewhat suspicious so called another service company that quickly fixed the first fridge and showed us that a vent of the other two needed to be cleaned. The REO technician basically had no idea what he was talking about."

The dispenser would not give out ice or water and had a small water leak because the dispensing paddle was pushed all the way back and jammed. LG Support gave me the names of the only three authorized service centers in my area. Only one company was willing to come, and the next appointment was a week and a half away. I had purchased from REO in the past so I gave them a call. I got an appointment that just three days away. Rich, the service tech, was so nice and had a great sense of humor. He determined the problem within minutes and fixed the paddle on the dispenser, which had been pushed too hard and came out of its track. Everyone is happy! REO has always been able to help me and the cost for this repair was less than the LG authorized service companies. I love supporting local small businesses. It's good for the community and I can build a positive relationship with them so they are eager to help me when I need them. Go with REO the next time you need a new appliance or service.
