"I would definitely bring my PC with Jeffrey with my eyes closed. He gave me an appointment the same day despite being a little late, took care of my inquiries and addressed the situation accordingly. He did not come up with some of the lies or reasons technicians say to make you get a service. He took a look at my "broken" PC, and told me everything is fine, just get a new board to make sure I don't run into problems installing my old ram, which it was the main concern.
