"The team here is either dishonest or doesn’t know what they’re talking about: I brought my laptop in for a keyboard replacement under an extended warranty program from Apple. The representatives stated that my Serial number wasn’t eligible, even though they never took the case off or opened “about this Mac” to check it. I even showed the representatives the actual page from Apple stating that my model was covered, and they continued lying through their teeth saying it was not. Sure enough, I called Apple directly, gave them my serial number and my laptop is eligible for the replacement."

"I highly recommend this company. I took my Mac to Apple and they told me there was nothing they could do - that it was dead. Panicked and hysterical I went to Compco and they calmed me down and immediately told me my computer could be repaired and all my work saved. They set me up with an easy back up system. They were kind and the work was done quickly and professionally. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable. I paid extra for expedited service but those extra costs were clearly conveyed to me in advance. Any future tech issues, I will go to Compco first!"
