"I had an extremely pleasant experience with Mike. He was able to schedule the appointment for the following day. Came right on time and in fact would have came earlier but I was on a work call and saw his message too late. Aa for the install he did an excellent job with mounting and balancing my new Michelin Pro Sport All Seasons on my 2021 Model Y. He even went out of his way to order the puck needed to jack up the car ahead of time, which could be easily missed by most installers. Not to mention he gave me some advice from Teslas manual regarding resetting my tire mileage and taking it slow for the first couple of miles while everything gets calibrated and situated. He got everything done in a timely manner, no dings/scratches/mishaps, and he even cleaned up the tires afterwards. I will be sure to use his services again the next time I need to mount and/or balance my tires."
