I would have given them 5 stars, except instead of calling me once they found the problem with my Triumph, they went ahead and did the repair. I take some responsibility, since I wasn't clear when I left the bike with them. But in the end, I could have installed the starter relay (super simple) and saved on the labor. Water under the bridge. I'll be back when I need the help, but make sure I make clear what information I want before any repairs are started"

"Gave Ben a 1966 Harley Davidson to completely refurbish in 2017. Ben agreed to have it completed in approximately ten(10) months. In January 2021 i finally got a call stating it was back together and running. Upon my arrival to pick it up it was still missing parts that were missing when I first brought it to his shop. The paint job was terrible, which Ben also agreed , the engine was never worked on and still had same o old oil in it. . He never took the hand grips off and only rechromed up to them. Needless to say it is a totally unacceptable job, which I paid 2000 dollars to start and he wants 2700 more. No going g to happen"
