She really went out of her way with the helmet replacement paperwork to ensure I had a safe helmet for my next lesson. They did my helmet fitting ~1.5 yrs ago & I am so glad I chose this shop at that time. I usually shop online because of my work hours, but helmets are a bit challenging. It took them over an hour to find a helmet that fit me properly. They were knowledgeable and courteous.
