"After encountering transmission issue was referred to this establishment while 700 miles from home. 5 days later picked up supposedly repaired vehicle and began the drive home. Vehicle exhibited electrical issues during drive home. Had vehicle checked out and found out incorrect part was installed. Called DeGennaro and asked if part could be returned to them for correct part replacement. Was promised a call back to resolve the issue but never received one. Local MOPAR rep would not help since vehicle was repaired in another state. Home town repair shop also called them for assistance but no response."
