"This place do a god job"
"I’ve never had work done at their shop but I live very close by & the workers there are inconsiderate of the neighbors & surroundings. There is constant excessive noise that is from a “worker” reving a car early hours in the morning also late hours in the night"
"Very disappointed over charged by 700.00 dollars for the job that was done. I would not recommend this place. Bruno said he would have to take the gas tank off to do the job the gas tank was never taken off the car. That's were the labor would have came in. Place is a rip off."
"My vehicle was towed to Bruno's Auto Service, LLC, late on Monday 10/30/2017. On Tuesday 10/31/2017 around 1030, I received a call from Bruno’s Auto. The call came from Ariel’s wife and she asked, “What is the issue with the vehicle?” I stated, “I drove into some flood water on Sunday night while in Bridgeport. I pulled over to the side of the road, got out of the vehicle, check my front passenger tire and afterwards when I tried to restart the vehicle it wouldn’t start. Ariel’s wife then informed me that the Insurance Adjuster hasn’t arrived but when he does, they will check the vehicle and give me a call back. She stated they would check the engine to see if there was water inside. I asked Ariel’s wife to give me a call back before any work is performed on the vehicle and she stated she would give me a call back. She assured me they would not work on the vehicle until they called us to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. After calling the shop and also going into the shop several times, we were told the vehicle wasn't looked yet on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday 11/2/2017, my husband went into the shop again to get an estimate and status on the condition of our vehicle and Ariel stated that the vehicle was done. Ariel stated that he was waiting on an email from the insurance company. When my husband asked for an invoice to see what the total charges were and what work was performed on the vehicle, Ariel stated that he didn’t know what the total cost were and that my husband would need to wait for his wife to arrive because she does the accounting for the shop. My husband asked Ariel, “What repairs were done to the vehicle?” Ariel stated that the engine was flushed, an oil change was done, the air filter replaced and spark plugged were replaced. So my husband stated to Ariel that you basically did a tune-up. My husband placed a called to USAA to inform them that there was work done on the vehicle. Speaking with the Claim Rep we were informed that an Insurance Adjuster did go out to Bruno’s and the charges in the system from the Insurance Adjuster and the Bruno’s was $127.33. There were no further charges sent in by Bruno’s. The total cost of repairs was not $127.35but instead it was $565.32. Ariel’s wife typed up the invoice while my husband waited. When my husband asked Ariel’s wife why she had not call us to discuss the charges prior to the vehicle being worked on, she said that the Adjuster never provided her his contact information; no email or a phone number was provided so she couldn’t call or send him an email to the Adjuster for the new charges. We were informed to call our insurance company because “they were the ones who dropped the ball,” as Ariel’s wife stated. She said she had to go to her second job and she left. When we asked Ariel why he had not contacted us, he said he was really busy and that he was sorry he didn't contact us. I don't think this is the first time this shop has done this to a customer. I have filed complaints against this shop and I'm awaiting a resolution. I will advise anyone to think twice about going here."
