"Worst experience ever. I took my plate compactor for repairs and I was told I’m gonna get it back within a week. I called two weeks after and they said it’s not ready yet and that they will call me back when it’s fixed.I called 4 weeks after and they guy said yea I don’t think we can fix it you need to come pick it up.when I went to pick it up they gave me my machine and a box with the parts they removed from it.They never put it back together.I just put the machine in the truck and left ."
