"Worst experience ever. I took my plate compactor for repairs and I was told I’m gonna get it back within a week. I called two weeks after and they said it’s not ready yet and that they will call me back when it’s fixed.I called 4 weeks after and they guy said yea I don’t think we can fix it you need to come pick it up.when I went to pick it up they gave me my machine and a box with the parts they removed from it.They never put it back together.I just put the machine in the truck and left ."

Years ago I was going to another dealer for parts until they told me "sorry the part has been discontinued". I called R&R in hopes they had old inventory, I spoke with Scott who said yes sorry its been discontinued but let me check on something and call you back. 5 minutes later he called back and said it has been discontinued but here is the new part number that replaces it and that he could have it in by the end of the week.
