"Tow truck driver was peeing in my yard when I went outside. Then denied my car because it had no catalytic converter. They had all the info on the car, including the fact that it had no exhaust, and made me an offer anyway. Again no mention of it needing a catalytic converter to be towed. Missed a day of work for this extremely unprofessional company. Peeing in my yard at 9:30 am on a Tuesday. Nice! Super professional guys! Thanks for absolutely nothing.
