"Yesterday we needed a tow due to an alignment issue with my truck. The young man who came to tow my truck was very kind and informative. Definitely did a great job of easing my mind on the process. He brought my truck and I to the shop of my choice, and offered to stay until my ride home arrived (for safety). I declined, but appreciated.
