No patience, treat people and his own employees like garbage if he doesn't get his way, sad to see the miserable faces of his technicians and counter people when it comes to Glenn. Even when i was in the lobby waiting I've seen how he treats those people who deliver parts to his shops as if they are below him. Great technicians, not so great customer service and horrible management."
