"Do not get your skates sharpened here. The sparks machine they use ran crooked on both of my skates, knocking off my inside edges and failing to run the length of the blade. Will not be able to skate on these as is."

"Our GO TO store for all of our hockey equipment needs. The guys here are hockey players themselves. They are always attentive and super patient with my son. They are always eager to explain things, and I NEVER feel like they are trying to "upsell" us. Just to prove how genuine these guys are, my son is a huge fan of the color orange and has always had to settle for another color (normally blue or a golden yellow). When we recently purchased a new wooden stick, the salesman pulled orange stick tape out, and my son left beyond happy."

"Used to be Best Hockey Store in New York for me. Coming here over years and spent thousands of dollars for adult and kids hockey gear. Today I had that bad luck to meet the store manager in a rude and almost intimidating discussion about a ruined #NewYorkRangers T-Shirt. Long story short, I'm obviously just to stupid to do my laundry right. I feel sorry for the polite, friendly and professional staff that I always liked very much. My recommendation: There's Pure Hockey in Stamford, Blue Line in Harrison and Peck's in White Plains."

"Great customer service, staff is great. There is parking in front on street or in back which is super convenient. Store is almost never crowded which is nice and usually minimal wait for skate sharpening which is at a great price. Unfortunate no goalie equipment but literally have everything else and anything else you can imagine. The store is huge and has a ton of gear and fan items. Parking is paid in front until 6PM and free in back regularly. Their set up for skates and sticks is pretty awesome and if you are looking for something not in store just ask and they got your back."
