"Called about a battery problem. The person who answered the phone was quite nice and helpful until I mentioned that there were 2 master electricians in the park who could POSSIBLY help me. At that point, he didn't want to talk to me anymore, and while he didn't hang up on me, I could sense he wanted to. This is a shame because I dealt with him once before on a heating problem, and he was very nice. Needless to say, he's lost a customer."
