"Currently trying to get an issue resolved with the company. Called to have a kitchen sink installed as the family was going from a double sink to a single sink. Employee (I don't believe he has a plumber license and seems to be contracted by the company) was having difficulty with the sink clamps. He expressed frustration to me and said he would apply extra sealant. The next day my wife noticed the gap between the sink and the counter as it is not laying flat. The job was "completed" on November 5th. The employee was supposed to come back and check the work on the 8th, but no showed. The manager is now not responding to my messages and I have no idea what to do since I've already paid for the service."
