"Our car had an audible air leak in the braking system and a pedal that drops to the floor when stopped. We dropped off the car and were told we would be contacted with a quote. Instead, we were called later the same day and were advised the car was ready for pickup. They completed the work without providing the quote. In addition, I was told that there was no air leak and that the brake pedal now had “good feel” after they bled the brake system. I responded by saying that there is 100% a leak as I confirmed same with a spritz of water before taking it in. The technician who worked on the vehicle was unavailable to discuss and I was advised the car was fine and ready for pickup. Unsurprisingly, there is still an air leak and the pedal still drops to the floor at stop signs. Paid $163 for them to flush the brake system which certainly didn’t hurt, but they didn’t address the main issues I had brought the vehicle in for. I had previously had a positive experience here on a wheel bearing replacement, but will be finding another mechanic moving forward."
