"Called in for a tire replacement, told me $150-300 for a used tire plus tire change over the phone. Once drivers pulled in price hiked to $250-400 for a used tire and 1 hour minimum for a tire change which is $150. Not acceptable, especially charging $150 for a tire change."

"Brought in my trailer for 4 new bearings and a brake wire replacement. Read the reviews 1st which pulled me in regretfully. $1250 later I took a beating for the work I had done. I have white wall tires with half moon chrome hubcaps, within a mile after picking up my trailer, 3 hubcaps fly off because they bent the teeth taking them off and never mentioned a word about it, not to mention denting the trailer hitch in the process. $85 to pick up fee for 4 small bearings which are usually always delivered from local part shops. This place is a joke, I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere first!"

"FOUND: The Last of the Great Honest Mechanics. I had a Radiator Blowout heading South on I84 pulled my Rig into the Weight Station just past the Pilot and these guys were on seen with-in 30 minutes, fixed it enough to get me back to their Shop, and with-in 24 Hours had Removed & Replaced the Radiator on my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia and had me back In Service. "These guys were amazing! We were on a bus trip from New Jersey to Maine and the brand new charter bus' window wipers broke. It was pouring rain and only going to freeze as we headed north. I called them, and they gave me their new address and jumped right on the fix when we pulled in. They had it repaired in 30 minutes, and we were on our way! They even let us use the restrooms! Wonderful service and very polite! BTW, their new address is: 30 Lyons St., Southbridge, MA"
