"I have an old car and parts are hard to come by, but these guys searched until they found them. The mechanic who worked on my car was named Alex and he walked me through the repairs. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and my car now runs perfectly. Besides the steering arm work, I got an oil change, coolant flush and tuneup and it was all pretty reasonable. I will entrust my vehicle to Alex and the crew from this point on. Great job. NOW. WHY ONLY THREE STARS? This is a strange tale: While there, I got pretty friendly with one of the mechanics who seemed very cool (everyone there was very nice except one guy who wouldn't thank me for the 5 dollar drinks I bought for the workers Yeah, he was rude). He really gave me the impression that he wanted to be friends and hang out (I'm 73. He's under 50.) even to the point of giving me an unexpected gift. I, really, was overwhelmed. I live alone, no family or friends, and was excited at the idea of a new friend. We made plans to hang out and I fixed a feast and charged up my VR headsets and once I gave them a 5 star review, guess what? I was totally ghosted by this guy. I texted him and got nothing back. I don't understand this and I was actually hurt by it. I would've given a 5 star review without being bribed(?), but this was cruel and unneeded in my life. I'll still go there if my car needs it, although it might get a little awkward once they read this, but I didn't ask for that and I really feel victimized. It wasn't necessary. Maybe I won't go there again, but they did do a good job on my car. For whatever that's worth."
