Lori in the office and Josh, who did our initial consultation were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We got a very detailed quote that included information about energy rebates. Josh also recommended Energize CT for low rate financing. Our pre-install visit and then installation went very smoothly. Everyone was professional, respectful, and extremely hard-working. "Ryan was great! I had neglected to do maintenance on my mini splits ever since I had bought them, and finally realized that was something important to do! Absolute Air fit me in quickly, and Ryan was wonderful. My dogs are a bit extra, (one of them is bonkers), and he took the time to make friends with him, so it would be easier on my pup having Ryan here to do the work. Ryan didn’t mind my annoying kitties following him around and watching him work, he left the house clean, and my units working beautifully!
