In a panic, I called Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and spoke with Amy. She advised that they were booked for appointments but always make time for urgent issues like tires. She offered to fit us in same day and even provided the number to Toyota Roadside since we had their services on our vehicle. I called Toyota Roadside and had the donut on the car within 2 hours. It took a little over an hour but they are so organized and communicative at this Dealership that it is a pleasure dealing with them.
