"It was such an awesome experience and I am so glad American Heating Service responded to our heating emergency in record time . Ron called us first thing in the morning on the coldest day of the year and asked if he could come out as early as possible. He arrived before our requested time , equipped with a pleasant disposition and ready to work . Ron got our dying furnace up and running and was out the door within an hour . I am so grateful! "Service done on January 3rd, 2024. Let me just say I wish I left a review last year. But, since this is my second using them i must say, the tech name Erick is awesome!!!! Very knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the second time he came to my house to do a service on my boiler and he does a fantastic job!! Advices me what he recommends. Very respectful. He fixed the issue I had on my boiler and immediately explained to me what it was. I hope and wish to always have this same tech he is great I tell you. Great!! Wanted to give him a hug but didn’t wanna make it weird lmao. Love this company! Will be using them for other things in the near future thank you again."

"Where do I start? My regular HVAC company was not able to schedule an emergency call until January 2024. American Heating was my 5th phone call. Jennifer was able to schedule me in the same week. ( BTW she’s very friendly and knowledgeable). I called on a Monday she had Frank come in Wednesday morning the day before thanksgiving. Frank was very informative and professional diagnosed the problem, discussed rates, gave me tips to avoid similar problems. Bottom line my furnace was up and running in less than hour. Thank you, Jennifer and Frank"

"They called me less then a week before my appointment for a tuneup as a new client to cancel. Told me they had a boiler replacement they were doing instead. They didn’t have any availability to reschedule within a decent time frame (5weeks+) after having to wait that long for the original appointment."

"in late July American Heating Service replaced my 75 year old furnace (yes it was 75 years old) with a complete new furnace system. they replaced in in the time they quoted me,2 days, dismantled the old furnace and removed it from property and installed the new furnace. they did the job in a professional manner and answered all my questions. i waited to post this review until my furnace clicked on for the first time...it did so this weekend. the furnace and new thermostat, that they installed, worked perfectly. i would highly recommend American Heating Service for all your heating and A/C needs."
