"Thought we'd be in good hands because of all the great reviews. Called for a tap shoe for my daughter ahead of time- lady was very helpful said they didn't have in stock and that they would order so that we could drop in to try them on in person. She mentioned shipments come in quick so they should be in by the time we stopped in on the weekend. Went in store a few days later, said they didn't have the shoe in from the shipment yet so I was patient and had my daughter try on different sizes and purchased some leotards. The woman helping me couldn't figure out how to add the shoe we were waiting for into the online system so she wrote it on a sticky note and said they would let me know when the order was in. I called again 2 days later - to check on the order because my daughter really needed them for class. The woman who answered was rude and seemed to want to rush me off the phone. She said the Capezio shipments take a "long time to get here" and again, that they'd "call me." It is now 2 weeks later, still no info on the shoes- I called in and they now tell me that something must have been missed, they got a new system and they don't have the shoe at all. Didn't offer anything to fix the situation or to look into it. I really needed them by a certain time frame and I'm now forced to order online and wait for shipping. I would have done this in the first place if I had known they'd be this disorganized. We were hoping to support local business and have a place to come back to regularly but I guess not. Super disappointing and unprofessional on their end."
